The library of Vidyasagar Primary Teachers Training Institute is a vital center for academic learning and research. To maintain order and ensure the best use of resources, students and staff must follow certain rules. Every user must carry their library card while borrowing or returning books. Silence must be maintained inside the library to provide a peaceful reading environment. Books can be borrowed for a fixed period and must be returned on or before the due date; a fine will be charged for overdue books. Users are responsible for the safe handling of books and materials. Marking, underlining, or damaging books is strictly prohibited. The library property must be handled with care. Mobile phones must be kept in silent mode. Reference books, journals, and periodicals are for use within the library only. All library users must adhere to these regulations to ensure efficient and equitable access to resources.
