1. For the Principal

- Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all academic and administrative matters.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful campus environment.
- Facilitate faculty and student development through training, workshops, and support.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, policies, and quality standards.
2. For Teachers
- Deliver quality teaching with dedication, fairness, and professionalism.
- Maintain academic honesty in evaluations, assessments, and feedback.
- Encourage inclusive and participatory learning in classrooms.
- Uphold confidentiality of student records and institutional data.
- Engage in continuous professional development and research activities.
3. For Non-Teaching Staff
- Support academic and administrative operations efficiently and responsibly.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and courteous behavior toward all stakeholders.
- Ensure proper upkeep and functioning of institutional infrastructure and resources.
- Assist in implementing institutional policies, safety, and security measures.
- Contribute positively to the overall learning and working environment.
4. For Students
- Attend classes regularly and participate actively in academic and co-curricular activities.
